Conference League is coming next season
The new competition Conference League is coming next season. This competition will have a new format with a league phase with 36 teams. You can access the competition rules from the top menu.
The FIHF ranking by nation page has been updated to show the number of qualified clubs by country.
v3.2 - New tool on player page
A new tool has been added to the player page.
It calculates a profile for the player, and shows in which position their skills are most useful.
How does it work ?
6 averages are calculated, each representing a position.
The best average or averages decide player's best position.
Here are averages for each position:
LB,RB = (Tackle + Pressing + Brain + Creativity)/4
CB = (Tackle + Pressing + Brain + Head)/4
DM = (Tackle + Pressing + Brain + Passes)/4
AM = (Dribble + Shoot + Brain + Passes)/4
LW,RW = (Dribble + Creativity + Brain + Passes)/4
ST = (Shoot + Dribble + Head + Call)/4
No skills are lost if the player does not play the position indicated in games.
It's just an assistance.
We think it will help older managers make their choices more quickly and especially new managers to understand the game more easily.
We invite you to use it for several days and to discuss it in chat room. If this formula can be improved thanks to you, we will only do so if there is a consensus between managers in chat room.

As announced, the U21 championship is now launched !
We have corrected the main bugs reported :
- Training problem
- Problem after signing a player in detection
- Problem with players returning from loan

Changes planned for next season
Next week sees the launch of the U21 teams and some of the rules are set to change :
- The maximum number of players is set at 60 instead of 40.
- For training, each manager will be able to have up to 16 plannings for the pro team (A, B, U21) instead of 10.
- In the championship, each category will have its own dedicated days :
Team A : Wednesday and Saturday (unchanged)
Team B : Tuesday and Friday
Team U21 : Monday and Thursday
Important rule: A player can only play in one category for each league day.
U21 Teams are coming
U21 Teams will be added next season. To prepare for this arrival, the maximum number of players in the squad has been increased from 40 to 60.

We have added somes display options on the Game Viewer :
- On desktop you can display in full screen
- On mobile you can choose between 5 zoom levels
The camera move has also been improved on mobile.

The new season is coming...
As this season draws to a close, it's time to tell you what's going to happen in the new season.
It will start on Saturday 11 May, with the update taking place in the morning as usual.
The new features are the match engine and the match viewer (browser + mobile).
There will be 2 stages to the update:
- The new season on Saturday.
- The new match engine and viewer on Monday 13 May.
For those wondering when the U21 team will be added, it's planned for the following season.
